Egg Tray Acoustic Foam is a classic sound-absorbing panel known for its superior echo control and balanced acoustics. Produced on order with a minimum of 30 sheets (540 sq. ft. / 50 m²), ensuring fresh, high-quality manufacturing for every project.

Each Egg Tray Acoustic Foam panel measures 6x3 ft (36x72 inches) with a thickness of 33 mm (1.5 inches) and a ±5% size tolerance. Supplied in packs of 30 sheets with waterproof packaging, ensuring safe delivery. Minor shade variations are natural to polyurethane foam.

For best results, use Turbo® SR Adhesive on clean, dry walls for a firm, lasting hold. Double-sided tape offers a temporary fix, and panels can be reused or trimmed with a table knife if needed.

Clean gently using a damp cloth or a vacuum cleaner with a light hand. The foam arrives compressed and will expand fully within 48 hours—use a hot hair dryer for faster results.
