National Shipping:
- Acoustic Foam & SoundBlanket® MLV: Shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- SoundaXe Wooden Panels: Shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order.
- Soundproofing Curtains: Production takes 7 days, and dispatch follows.
- Adhesives, Accessories & Door Seals: Shipped within 12 hours of order placement.
- Logistics Partners: We work with trusted carriers such as Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, Blue Dart, VRL Logistics, V-Express, and Mark Couriers to ensure reliable delivery.
- Packaging: All products are securely packed using protective, waterproof, and safe materials. Some products may be compressed to speed up delivery and reduce costs.
- Responsibility for Damages: MMTPL is not responsible for products damaged in transit. We encourage you to inspect the product upon arrival.
- Lost Products: We are not responsible for products lost during transit. However, we guarantee that you receive the correct product, with a 98.2% logistics satisfaction rate.
- Delivery Time: Transit time is typically 3-7 business days across India. While we aim for punctual delivery, there may be unforeseen delays due to external factors.
- Product Variations: While we strive to ensure products match the images on our website, slight variations in appearance are possible.
- COD Availability: Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select products and regions. Please check availability at checkout.
- Tracking Information: Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped to keep you updated on your delivery status.
International Shipping:
- Logistics Partners: We ship internationally with reliable carriers such as Aramex, FedEx, and DHL.
- Delivery Time: Transit time is generally 7-10 business days worldwide, subject to regional conditions.
- Customs & Duties: Any customs duties or taxes applied in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- Regional Delays: Delays due to customs or regional disturbances may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
- Order Tracking: International customers will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.
National Return Policy:
- 14-Day Return Policy: Unused and undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Return Process: The product must be shipped back to the MMTPL warehouse, and upon inspection, a refund will be issued (minus shipping costs) within 7-14 business days.
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
- Heavy/Bulky Products: Due to the nature of our products, we request cooperation in following the correct return process for heavy and bulky items.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom-sized, personalized, or unique products cannot be returned.
- Damaged Product Returns: If you receive a damaged item, an exchange will be provided upon verification through photos or videos.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain returns, especially for larger items or bulk orders.
International Return Policy:
- International Returns: Customers must contact MMTPL for return authorization before shipping any product back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties.
- Refund Process: Once the returned product is inspected, a refund will be processed (excluding shipping costs) within 7-14 business days.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom-sized, personalized, or unique products are not eligible for return.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos or videos, and we will assist with an exchange or refund.
