We manufacture and ship acoustic products with care. Our returns policy is straightforward — we stand behind our products when an error is on our end, and we ask customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order, particularly for custom or made-to-order items.

When We Accept Returns

Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product received — the item delivered does not match your order in product type, variant, size, or specification.
  • Damaged product received — the product arrives with visible physical damage caused during transit or packaging failure.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect quantities ordered, products that have been installed or used, or issues from improper handling after delivery.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products — No Returns

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

The following categories are non-returnable as they are manufactured specifically to your order:
  • Soundproof & Acoustic Curtains — cut and sewn to your specified dimensions
  • Printed Felt Acoustic Panels — custom artwork or print applied to order
  • Grooved / Mirage Felt Panels — custom colour, groove pattern, or size
  • Any product ordered with a custom specification, colour, or non-standard dimension

These products carry a minimum production lead time of 15 working days from order confirmation. Please verify all specifications before placing your order. Once production commences, amendments are not possible.

Large & Bulky Products

Many of our products — acoustic foam panels, MLV rolls, wooden slats, ceiling baffles — are large, heavy, or bulky. Immediate returns are not always logistically possible. We will arrange a resolution (replacement dispatch, freight pickup, or refund) on a case-by-case basis with timelines communicated directly.

Transit Damage — Important Notice

MMT Acoustix uses specialised protective packaging for all orders. However, we do not accept liability for damage caused during transit, handling by courier partners, or last-mile delivery.

If you receive a visibly damaged shipment, photograph the damage before opening the package and notify us within 48 hours. We will raise a claim with the courier on your behalf but cannot guarantee the outcome.

How to Raise a Claim

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Resolution

Approved claims will be resolved via replacement, refund to original payment method, or store credit — at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval.

Shipping Policy

We ship across India and to 20+ countries worldwide. Due to the size and nature of acoustic products, please read this policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Custom or made-to-order products (curtains, printed panels, grooved felt) require a minimum of 15 working days for production before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping — India

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–14 business days, or nearest depot delivery

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or regional conditions.

Packaging & Transit Liability

All products are packed using specialised protective packaging appropriate to the product type. We take every reasonable care in packaging; however, MMT Acoustix does not accept liability for damage caused during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy and contact us within 48 hours.

Large & Bulky Shipments

Products such as acoustic foam panels, MLV rolls, wooden slats, ceiling baffles, and clouds are shipped via surface freight or PTL carriers. Door delivery may not be available for all pin codes — in such cases, delivery to the nearest freight depot will be arranged and you will be notified.

International Shipping

We ship to 20+ countries. Freight costs and timelines vary by destination, product, and volume. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability, duties, and timelines.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

GST Invoice

To receive a GST invoice, provide your GST details at checkout or email us immediately after payment at enquiry@mmtacoustix.com.

GST invoices cannot be issued retrospectively for orders where GST details were not provided at the time of purchase.
