Layer 02
BassBloc
Absorber
Absorber
High-density acoustic absorber. Kills low-frequency bass vibrations and HVAC drone that MLV alone cannot block. Sits inside the wall or ceiling.

Your Auditorium Deserves to Sound Flawless
Real Auditoriums. Real Results.
Ceiling clouds and baffles across our 400-seat auditorium made an enormous difference to speech clarity. Guest speakers no longer need to over-enunciate to be heard at the back.

We treated our auditorium's parallel side walls with Mirage panels to break up flutter echo, and MLV plus BassBloc on the wall shared with the lobby. Both problems solved.
Mohammed Arif Khan, Venue Manager, Mumbai

Products are good quality and ASTM certified. The ceiling baffles cut a noticeable amount of the echo during our annual function. Delivery took a little longer for a bulk order but worth it.
Nainesh Kothari, Facilities Head, Ahmedabad
★★★★★
We installed wooden slats along the lobby walls and fluted wooden panels behind the stage. The auditorium looks premium and the acoustic improvement is very noticeable.
Kavita Subramaniam, Interior Architect, Chennai

I spoke with their CEO Sonit Jain who personally guided our auditorium acoustic treatment plan. He connected us to a senior specialist who designed our complete ceiling and wall setup. Outstanding.
Rohit Sharma Verma, Institution Head, Hyderabad
★★★★★
Our HVAC system used to hum audibly during quiet moments in performances. BassBloc installed above the ceiling near the ducting brought the drone down significantly.
Harjot Kaur Dhaliwal, Facilities Head, Pune
★★★★★
Got the soundproof curtains for our lobby-facing doors and EPDM seals. Crowd noise from the lobby during intermission no longer bleeds into the hall. Simple, effective installation.
Ayesha Mirza Siddiqui, Event Venue Owner, Gurugram

We ordered for our London campus auditorium from India. Delivered on schedule via DHL. The ceiling clouds look striking and the acoustic certification documents were thorough for our compliance needs.

Auditorium Acoustics & Soundproofing — FAQ
Large volumes with hard, parallel surfaces cause long reverberation times, which blur consonants and make speech harder to follow, especially toward the back rows. Treating the ceiling with baffles or clouds and the rear/side walls with absorptive panels shortens reverberation time and improves speech intelligibility significantly.
Flutter echo happens when sound bounces rapidly back and forth between two hard, parallel side walls, creating a buzzing or metallic ring. Breaking up those flat surfaces with grooved or diffusive panels like Mirage or wooden diffusers eliminates the repeated reflection path.
HVAC drone is typically low-frequency and travels through the ceiling plenum. BassBloc installed above the ceiling near ducting runs absorbs this low-frequency energy before it reaches the seating area, without needing to modify the HVAC system itself.
Ceiling Clouds and Ceiling Baffles are the most effective for large ceiling heights, since they hang into the room's volume rather than sitting flush, giving them far greater absorptive surface area per square foot of ceiling than a flat panel would.
Use SoundBlanket MLV 2.5mm plus BassBloc 20mm on the wall shared with the lobby or road-facing side, and a Soundproof Curtain plus door seals on any doors leading into the auditorium. This combination blocks both airborne and low-frequency noise transfer.
Standard products dispatch in 1-3 business days. Bulk and institutional orders for full auditorium projects are arranged with professional logistics and a dedicated timeline based on square footage. International deliveries ship via Aramex and DHL.
