It varies by product. Acoustic foam starts from around 50 sq ft per SKU. PET felt and wooden panels from 10 pieces per SKU. MLV and BassBloc from 50 sq ft. Container level orders have no individual product minimum.

Yes, for most products. Sample cost is nominal and adjusted against your first bulk order. International samples ship by courier. Mention it in your enquiry and we will include availability, lead time and cost in our reply.

Yes. Foam in custom dimensions and densities, PET felt in 30 standard colours or a custom colour at sufficient volume, wooden panels in specific finishes, MLV in custom roll widths. Customisation needs a minimum quantity and additional lead time.

For products with independent test data we provide the ASTM C-423 or EN ISO 354 certificate. We also supply MSDS, certificate of origin and a manufacturer's declaration. Where a product has not been independently tested we will say so rather than supply a figure. Formal technical submittals can be prepared for institutional procurement.

In stock products dispatch within 2 to 3 working days. Custom or large bulk orders take 7 to 15 working days. Full container orders take 10 to 21 working days including stuffing. International transit is additional, 6 to 10 days by courier and longer by sea depending on port.

For ready stock, full payment before dispatch. For custom orders, 30 percent on confirmation and 70 percent before dispatch. We accept NEFT, RTGS, UPI and bank wire. International orders go by SWIFT transfer. We do not offer credit terms or payment on delivery.
