Containment
Keep 110 Decibels
Inside the Building
Inside the Building
Complaints bring fines, forced early closing and licence reviews. Containment protects the business.
You need 55 to 70dB of reduction. Clubs run 100–110dB. Residential night limits are 40–45dB. A brick wall gives 45dB. That gap is the whole problem.
Order matters: seal, mass, bass, treat. Skipping to wall panels first is the most expensive mistake in club acoustics.
Layer 1 — MLV 4mm, 100% coverage. 2100 kg/m³. Walls, ceiling, shared floors. Seams overlapped and sealed.
Layer 2 — BassBloc 40mm over it. NRC 1.00. Mass alone does not stop sub-bass. This layer decides if neighbours feel your subs.
Double-door lobby, always. Containment drops to zero every time a single door opens.
Seal every flanking path. HVAC ducts, cable runs, service risers, ceiling voids. At club SPL, small gaps become major leaks.

Interior Acoustics
Tighter Bass.
Clearer Vocals.
Clearer Vocals.
Containment protects the licence. Interior acoustics protect the takings.
Hard surfaces destroy the mix you paid for. Concrete, glass, metal, tile. Sound bounces until it smears. The PA is not the problem.
Shouting guests spend less. Wrong orders at the bar and shorter stays. Control reverb and people talk without you dropping the music.
Ceiling first. Largest unbroken hard surface in most clubs. Baffles absorb on both faces — twice the efficiency per sq ft.
Corners hold the bass. BassBloc 40mm in every corner zone evens the low end across the whole floor.
Treat beside the stacks. Walls near the PA reflect straight back and blur everything. Fabric Panels fix it immediately.
Do not over-absorb. A dead club feels flat. Mix in Wooden Diffusers and Timber Fluted Panels to keep energy.
Cover the floor. Carpet Tiles in lounge zones cut floor bounce and footfall into the structure below.

Transformation
Before & After Nightclub Treatment
A properly engineered nightclub keeps 110dB and full sub-bass inside the building while delivering tighter low-end and clearer vocals on the floor. Bigger sound inside, silence outside.
| What Changes | Before Treatment | After Treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Sound at the boundary | 80–90dB leaking out. Complaints, fines, licence risk. | Under 45dB. Within residential night limits. |
| Sub-bass transmission | Travels through the slab. Neighbours feel it before they hear it. | Contained. BassBloc 40mm stops structural transfer. |
| Dancefloor low end | Boomy in one spot, thin in another. Standing waves everywhere. | Even across the floor. Tight, punchy, consistent. |
| Vocal clarity | Smeared by reflections. Tracks lose detail and definition. | Clean and forward. Every element reads clearly. |
| Guest conversation | Shouting at the bar. Wrong orders, shorter stays. | Normal speaking volume. Longer stays, higher spend. |
| Entry door leakage | Full SPL escapes every time the door opens. | Sealed lobby. Containment holds all night. |

Nightclub Soundproofing & Acoustics FAQ
Four steps in order: seal every leak, add mass, control low frequency, then treat the room. MLV 4mm across 100% of walls and ceiling, BassBloc 40mm over it, all doors sealed, double-door entry lobby.
Long wavelengths, more energy, and it transmits through the building structure not just the air. Neighbours feel it before they hear it. Mass alone will not stop it. You need MLV 4mm plus BassBloc 40mm.
Clubs run 100–110dBA. Residential night limits are 40–45dBA at the boundary. That means 55–70dB of reduction, achievable only with a fully layered and sealed system.
Usually yes. MLV and BassBloc mount on existing walls with a timber frame. Door seals and EPDM tape are retrofit. Ceiling Baffles hang from existing structure.
Commercial premises need Class A fire rated materials for building approval. We specify mineral wool Fabric Panels, BassBloc and Ceiling Baffles instead. Higher NRC and fully compliant.
Yes. Manufactured in New Delhi, delivered across India and the Middle East. ASTM C-423, ASTM E-84 and EN ISO certified, which building authorities normally require.
