Your products.
Any country.
We ship acoustic panels and soundproofing products to more than 40 countries by courier, sea freight and full container. Quoted before you pay, tracked from dispatch.
Four ways to get your order delivered
From a single sample to a full container. The right method depends on volume, urgency and destination.
DHL Express
Premium international courier
Our primary courier for international retail orders. End to end tracking, customs clearance support and reliable transit times. Best where the order is small enough to fly and the date matters.
Aramex
Middle East and Asia specialist
Our preferred partner for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and wider Asia. Regional expertise means faster customs processing and better last mile coverage than a global carrier reaches.
LCL Sea Freight
Less than container load
Your shipment shares a container with others, which makes it economical for bulk orders that do not fill a container. Best for resellers buying several product lines at once.
FCL Sea Freight
Full container load
An entire 20ft or 40ft container to yourself. The lowest cost per unit at volume, and the route most of our importers and distributors use. Includes full export documentation support.

Swipe the table sideways to see transit times.
These are transit times, not delivery dates. Dispatch takes 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation, and longer for custom or made to order items. During peak season, public holidays or customs delays, courier transit can extend to around 15 days. Sea freight depends on destination port and vessel schedule, and we quote it per shipment.
Packed to survive the journey
Acoustic foam, MLV and wooden panels are bulky and easily marked. Packing is built around the specific risk each one faces in transit.
Moisture proof wrapping
Foam and felt panels are individually wrapped in polyethylene film, which matters most on sea freight where humidity is unavoidable.
Double wall cartons
Heavy duty corrugated cartons for courier shipments, rated for the compression loads of air freight stacking.
Wooden crating for bulk
LCL and FCL shipments use custom crates with foam separation layers between panel stacks.
Tamper evident sealing
Branded tape and sealing strips on every carton, so it is obvious if a package has been opened in transit.
Weighed and measured
Every shipment is weighed and dimensioned before dispatch, so the volumetric figure you are quoted is the one the carrier bills.
Packing list in every box
Itemised list inside and outside each carton, which makes customs inspection and unpacking at destination straightforward.

What actually drives your freight bill
International rates move week to week. We quote a firm figure before you pay, and what we quote is what you pay.
Volumetric weight
Acoustic foam is light but large, and carriers bill on volume rather than actual weight. We calculate length by width by height divided by 5000 and show you the breakdown before you confirm.
Fuel and handling
Carriers apply surcharges that move with global fuel prices. These are outside our control and we pass them on at cost, never marked up.
Duties at destination
Import duty, VAT and GST at your end are the buyer's responsibility. We supply accurate HS codes and invoice values so customs has no reason to hold the shipment.
We ship on DAP terms. Delivered at place, meaning we cover freight to your destination and you handle customs clearance and import duty. For LCL and FCL we provide a full freight estimate with landed cost components, so you can compare it properly against a local supplier.
