Every SoundaXe® acoustic wooden slat panel is built from three engineered layers. CNC-machined grooves channel sound into the acoustic fleece backing, absorbing energy that would otherwise cause echo and reverberation. These soundproof wood panels deliver high-performance acoustic treatment behind a premium natural wood finish. Delivering soundproofing and acoustic absorption in a premium wood finish. H-Rail Clip System: Tool-Free Panel Exchange
SoundaXe® panels install via a concealed H-Rail and Rotary Clip system with no visible fixings. Panels can be removed and re-installed for updates.
Mark panel layout on wall or ceiling. Fix wooden battens at ≤600mm centres perpendicular to panels. Install BassBloc® or foam substrate between battens.
Screw H-Rail (A01) onto battens. The H-Rail provides the track for rotary clips. Ensure rails are level; misaligned rails cause panel waviness across large interior spaces.
Insert Rotary Clips A02 and A03 into the H-Rail. These clips grip the tongue-and-groove edge of each panel without face fixings. Space according to panel weight.
Slot panels into rotary clips top to bottom, left to right. The tongue-and-groove joint aligns panels seamlessly. Match grain direction between panels for a continuous visual flow.
