PVC gripper rails frame the perimeter of a fabric-wrapped acoustic wall panel. Fabric is stretched across an acoustic core — PET felt, mineral wool or similar — and tucked into the grippers for a taut, edge-clean finish.

A fabric-wrapped acoustic wall is built in three layers. The gripper frames the panel, the core absorbs sound, the fabric finishes it.

Set out panel perimeter on the wall — straight runs, corners and internal divisions.

Cut to length
Cut PVC rails to fit, mitre the corners or use joining pieces.

Fix to wall
Screw or adhesive-bond the grippers around the panel outline.

Core & Fabric Finish

Set the core
Drop the acoustic core into the frame — PET felt, mineral wool or similar.

Tuck the fabric
Stretch fabric over the core and tuck edges into the gripper with a tucking tool.
3
Inspect & finish
Check tension, trim excess fabric — done. Re-skin later by untucking the same way.
