Gayathri Raghavan Perumal Online kaafi options dekhe the, lekin MMT ka product information zyada clear laga. Mera objective room ko completely soundproof karna nahi tha. Main mainly echo, reflections aur speech clarity improve karna chahta tha, aur is point par product ka role samajhna important hai. Order se pehle maine website par product details aur application section dekha. Wahan se size aur use ka basic idea mil gaya, aur ek chhota installation doubt phone par clear ho gaya. Panels haath mein aane ke baad felt ka finish neat laga. Pieces ko wall par rakh kar pehle dry layout banaya, phir final fixing ki. Isse alignment kaafi better raha aur unnecessary repositioning avoid hui. Maine Harvest choose kiya aur wall par kaafi clean lag raha hai. Acoustic result ekdum dramatic soundproofing jaisa nahi hai, lekin room ke andar ka difference practical hai. Conversation clearer lagti hai, clap ya sharp reflection kam feel hota hai aur space less hollow sound karta hai. Installation ke liye surface clean aur dry rakhna useful raha. Tape ya adhesive choose karne se pehle wall finish check karna chahiye, kyunki har paint aur surface same tarah respond nahi karta. Price kuch generic felt options se higher tha, lekin mujhe product consistency, packaging aur support ke combination ki wajah se value reasonable lagi. Acoustic product mein correct expectation aur guidance mere liye lowest price se zyada important thi. Overall main isse acoustic treatment product ke roop mein recommend karunga, especially jab room ka look bhi maintain karna ho. Agar problem neighbour noise ya traffic block karna hai to alag soundproofing system consider karna chahiye.

Aman Kant Thakur We installed these in a conference room where speech was bouncing off too many hard surfaces.

Soumya Prakash My main goal was to make the home office calmer without making it look like a recording booth. I was looking for a solution that could soften the acoustics without turning the home office into a technical-looking studio. The PET acoustic panels appealed to me because the treatment could become part of the interior rather than something I would want to hide. Before ordering, I spent time on the MMT Acoustix website comparing the use case, size and basic installation information. That helped set the right expectation: PET acoustic treatment is mainly about controlling reflections and reverberation inside the room, not creating a complete barrier against noise coming through walls, doors or windows. When the order arrived, the first thing I noticed was the consistency of the felt surface and the cut edges. I laid the pieces out on the floor before fixing anything so I could check spacing and alignment. That small step made the final installation look much more deliberate. I specifically chose Harvest, and it looks balanced under normal room lighting. For installation, I marked the layout first and checked the wall surface before choosing the fixing method. Adhesive felt more suitable for my permanent arrangement, while I would test any tape first on painted walls rather than assuming it will behave the same everywhere. The acoustic change was easiest to notice during speech. The room has less lingering energy after a sentence, calls feel clearer, and sharp reflections are reduced. It is not silence and it is not soundproofing, but it is the kind of improvement I was actually trying to achieve. Packaging on my order was protective and the panels reached in usable condition. I also appreciated being able to speak with someone for a practical placement question instead of relying only on generic marketplace descriptions. There were cheaper felt products available online, but I was more comfortable buying from a company focused on acoustics. Once I considered the finish, product information, packaging and support, the pricing felt competitive rather than simply expensive. If I were doing the room again, I would start by identifying the most reflective surfaces, treat a sensible area, listen to the change and then add more only if required. That approach gives a better result than covering every wall without a plan.

My only minor issue was that alignment and surface preparation took longer than I had expected, so I would allow more installation time than the product photos suggest.

Carlo Castillo The room had a noticeable echo, so I tried a partial treatment first before adding more panels. Silence, Styled to Perfection
Our Solid Felt Acoustic Panels combine refined aesthetics with high-performance sound absorption to transform noisy spaces into calm, focused environments. Designed for modern homes and workspaces, they reduce echo, enhance clarity, and elevate your interiors in one seamless solution
High Noise Absorption
This PET acoustic panel is designed to absorb mid and high frequency sound reflections within enclosed spaces. It helps reduce echo, reverberation, and speech distortion. It is not a soundproofing product but improves internal acoustic clarity significantly.
NRC Performance
The 9mm PET panel offers effective sound absorption performance of 0.30-45 as per ASTM C423. It is suitable for improving room acoustics in speech-dominant environments. For low-frequency control, thicker panels and bassbloc will be required.
High-Density Core
Manufactured from 2200 GSM high-density recycled PET fibers, the panel maintains structural integrity and dimensional stability. It does not sag or crumble under normal indoor conditions.
Better Clarity
Ideal for walls & ceiling installations in offices, studios, meeting rooms, and residential interiors. It directly addresses first reflection points and parallel wall echo. Best results are achieved when panels cover 40-100% of reflective wall areas.
Easy Installation
The panels can be installed using adhesive, mechanical fasteners, or mounting systems depending on site conditions. Installation does not require heavy structural modification. Proper surface preparation ensures long-term adhesion.
Clean Aesthetics
The dark grey finish offers a uniform, contemporary look suitable for modern interiors. The surface texture is consistent and does not require additional fabric wrapping. It integrates seamlessly into minimalist or professional environments.
Lightweight Build
Despite its size (1x1 feet), the 9mm PET panel remains lightweight and manageable. This reduces structural load on walls and simplifies handling during installation. It is suitable for both retrofit and new construction projects.
Safe & Non-Toxic
Made from non-toxic, odorless recycled polyester fibers, the panel is safe for indoor use. It does not release harmful particles under normal conditions. Suitable for offices, educational spaces, and residential interiors.
Sustainable Product
Recommended for offices, conference rooms, home theatres, studios, classrooms, and collaborative spaces. It improves acoustic comfort but does not block external noise transmission. For soundproofing requirements, additional structural treatment is necessary.
